Bell Guidance
Customized Trauma-Informed Grief Support
Ryan Bell
I’m a certified grief coach and trauma-informed recovery guide. I created Bell Guidance for people carrying losses that don’t fit in sympathy cards—loss of a loved one, a relationship, a sense of safety, or a version of yourself. As a late-diagnosed autistic who has navigated deep grief, complex trauma and loss, I offer support that honors your nervous system, your pace, and your truth. There’s no one-size-fits-all here—just a safe, human place to process what's been too heavy to hold alone.

My Story
At the end of 2022, I lost four people in quick succession—two I loved deeply, and two who had caused harm. There was no time to grieve. I was planning funerals, helping families, and navigating chaos with no space to breathe. That rupture led me into deep study: grief, trauma, legacy work, and toxic relationship recovery. Somewhere in the middle of it, I hit a wall—and was finally diagnosed as autistic. I couldn’t go back to life as it was. So I didn’t.I cashed out my 401K, and started again—this time in service of others. Now I help people process complicated grief, recover from emotional abuse, and make meaning from loss. Whether you’re grieving a death, a relationship, or a version of yourself, I meet you where you are—with compassion and clarity. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here. Reach out when you're ready.
